In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. No compensation will be provided for non-refundable travel arrangements (flights, hotels, etc.) affected by cancellations outside our control.
Winter tours (October through April) may not land directly on top of the glacier due to snow cover and safety considerations. Landing locations may be on the side of the glacier near ice formations. This is not considered a cancellation or modification of the tour for refund purposes.
Participation in this tour is at the guest's own risk. While the tour is described as suitable for all fitness levels, guests are responsible for disclosing any health conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely. A comfort surcharge applies for all guests over 250 lbs. Guests 300 lbs or over require a specific aircraft and must contact us prior to booking to confirm availability.
We are not responsible for injuries, illness, loss, or damage to personal property arising from participation in the tour.
