By making a booking request through this website or by contacting us directly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with a booking. These terms apply to all guests, including those booking on behalf of a group.

All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us. Submitting a booking form does not guarantee a reservation. Confirmation will be provided within 48 hours, subject to availability on your requested date.
Alaska Helicopter Tours reserves the right to refuse any booking at our sole discretion.
3.
Tour pricing starts from $678 per person and is subject to change. The final price will be confirmed at the time of booking. We offer a pay in installments option — full details of the installment schedule and any associated fees will be communicated before payment is processed.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable fees and taxes as stated in the tour inclusions.
Comfort surcharge applies for all guests over 250 lbs. Guests 300 lbs or over require the AStar helicopter and must contact us prior to booking.

Cut-off times are based on the experience's local time in Alaska (AKDT/AKST).

Check-in is required 45 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. If you arrive late, your tour may be shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled. Additional costs may apply for rescheduling. Late arrivals do not qualify for a refund.

The safety of all guests and crew is our highest priority. The following are strictly prohibited during the tour:
Service animals are permitted only if secured in a crate. Please call ahead to discuss specifications. Failure to comply with safety requirements may result in removal from the tour without refund.

We operate Robinson R44 and AStar helicopters. We do not guarantee the type of helicopter unless a private helicopter option is purchased. Parties with multiple separate bookings or groups over 2 passengers may fly in separate helicopters but will always be together for the glacier portion of the tour.
8.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate. You must disclose any health conditions, disabilities, or physical limitations at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse participation to any guest whose participation may pose a risk to themselves or others.
Infants must sit on an adult's lap during the flight. Children in prams or strollers are welcome at the meeting point but must be secured appropriately for any portions of the tour.
9.
Participation in helicopter tours and glacier activities involves inherent risks. By booking with us, you acknowledge these risks and agree to release Alaska Helicopter Tours and SkyFlight Deals from any claims arising out of participation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the tour. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers adventure activities.
10.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alaska.
11.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our booking services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
